Cindy earned her law degree while maintaining a balance between law school and work. During law school, she was admitted to the Trial Advocacy team in her first year because of her distinguished litigation skills. Cindy competed nationwide and received recognition during her first mock trial in San Francisco, California. She was later admitted to the prestigious Trial Advocacy summer program at Oxford University in England. Cindy also volunteered with the Innocence Project, was voted Secretary of her class, and became the Editor of the legal magazine. Cindy’s legal knowledge combines the best of two worlds, litigation and effective alternatives to litigation. Although her legal career and education have always been focused in litigation, she also has extensive knowledge about Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR), focusing in mediation skills and techniques.

Before attending law school, Cindy joined Willingham Law Firm, PC. in 2011 as a Senior Paralegal. She focused primarily on litigation matters and contested probates. Cindy also took part extensively in her community. She volunteered at local schools, Stonebridge Ranch HOA committee, and went through the required training to volunteer as a C.O.P. with the McKinney Police Department.
